Meg Kapil Counselling respects your privacy. Information you share through this website, such as the new-client intake form, is used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange care. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

Counselling records are kept confidentially and handled in line with the standards of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and applicable privacy law (PIPA / PIPEDA). Appointment scheduling and clinical records are managed through the Jane platform, a secure, third-party health-records service.
