We offer a free 20 minute consultation, either by phone or in person. This initial consultation allows us to hear more about what you are looking for, gives you a chance to ask us questions, and for us to determine if working together is the right fit. 

Our sessions and fees are as follows:

• 30 minutes @ $75
• 60 minutes @ $150
• 90 minutes @ $225

Please note that these prices do not include GST. 

These fees are consistent with the recommended fee schedule outlined by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.  We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session (excluding emergencies), otherwise a full session fee will be charged. Payment is accepted at the end of the session or at the time of booking if securing your appointment online. 

Counselling may be covered by some extended medical health insurance plans.  To find out what your plan includes, contact your employment insurance and ask them if your coverage includes therapy/counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Coverage varies between employers and I am not able to check this for you. Direct billing is not available at this time, you are able to submit receipts to your provider after the session.
