The Creating Calm: 3A Toolkit for Managing Stress and Anxiety
The 3A Toolkit is an integrative clinical framework that supports clients to move towards regulation of their stress and anxiety. This framework incorporates current neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, developmental information, and a combination of cognitive, emotional, relational and physiological regulation strategies. The sections of the 3A Toolkit (Awareness, Assign A Label, Action) will be explained, strategies for body calming and helpful thinking are included, and the integrative ‘debrief’ process will be shared. This workbook will help you assemble your own personal 3A Toolkit to best manage your own stress and anxiety.
